Processing Time

  • In-Stock Orders: If you’ve ordered an in-stock item and completed payment, we’ll begin processing your order immediately. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, processing begins immediately upon payment. Delivery will occur once the item is back in stock. We’ll notify you of the estimated shipping date at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods

  • FREE Expedited Insured Tracked Delivery (DHL): 9–16 days
    • Minimum order value: $150 USD
  • Expedited Insured Tracked Delivery (DHL): 7–9 days
    • Flat rate: $16.98 (applies to all orders, regardless of value)

All shipments are insured and trackable. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Return Policy

Return Window
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

  1. Contact us first via email at info@infinity-modern.com to initiate your return.
  2. Return the product, along with proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt), to the address listed on our Contact Page.
  3. Shipping costs and risks for returns are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or uninsured returns.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Refund Policy

Processing Time
Once we receive and process your return (within 7 days of receipt), we’ll issue your refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Amount

  • A full refund will be issued for eligible returns, excluding original shipping fees, provided the item meets our return conditions (see Terms and Conditions).
